Fun Fact: Ben regularly donned Renaissance garb as a member of his high-school madrigal ensemble.
A TJ faculty member since 2014, Ben Smith teaches English, French, and music. He serves as chair of the World Languages Department, faculty advisor to Music Club, and Fitness coach. Ben's most meaningful educational experiences have included studying French in Quebec City and France’s Loire Valley and teaching guitar and fiddle lessons in the St. Louis area. He holds a bachelor’s degree in English and French, a master’s degree in the Humanities, and a master’s degree in Secondary Education.
