Students at Thomas Jefferson take the PSAT in grades 9, 10, and 11. In the middle of Junior year each student meets with the college counselor individually to create a personalized testing plan and to discuss test prep options. Students are also directed to ACT testing resources.
As standardized testing plans are individual, and the scores belong solely to the student,
students are responsible for registering themselves for all standardized tests, as well as for sending official test scores from the testing agencies to universities that require them. The College Counseling office is available to assist students with registration, as well as guide students as to when and how they can send their scores.
